Asriel and Chara is quasi incestuous and their tragic romance makes up the backstory of Undertale. Toby was still chanting for it in the 10th anni stream. Toby was raised under Hussie's wing, and Hussie has a massive incest fetish and created a world where incest isn't even a consideration (couched in "they're aliens" worldbuilding). I don't think he'd ever make Kris and Asriel obvious because he also loves to please the majority of his fanbase. But I think there would be some emotional sway. Which is just as fun as it being outright, even if not as based.

Interesting idea. Kris seems pretty good natured despite the devil horns and cruel pranks, so maybe it'd be something like trying to scare her away from Asriel gone wrong.
