Well it's about Owen being all friendly with the girls and other stuff with him in chapter 4 or 5 iirc and the girls not being for you (especially the main girl who is cold towards (you) which doesn't make sense since you've known her for years) Also the writing is a bit different in Korean and people have found feminist/girl boss stuff + innuendos about how the MC is weak and isn't competent enough in the story that's what made the players lose their shit
