There really isn't that many western devs that make good racers anymore. With criterion getting absolved into the BF6 machine and codemasters getting shut down by EA for no good reason, ubisoft is ubisoft, although motorfest was okay or so I heard and uhhh... yeah. And I don't care about forza so I don't count them.
Japanese side is no better. Remember ridge racer? Namco doesn't.
