I was diagnosed with this without being told. I find it terribly off. While I do rarely ever go out and don't have much of a desire to socialize, I still enjoy activities like lifting weights and have a desire to have sexual experiences, even though I'm a broke incel. (I still receive NEETbucks, though.) I do have emotional dysregulation, so I rage a lot, so I figure there's something else wrong with me besides OCD, but SPD is characterized by a lack of emotionality. I haven't seen a psychologist or the like in years. I turned 25 last month, by the way.
