teams can play several times within the time limit
rank is determined by the highest number of stages cleared by each team and points are awarded that way
a portion of each team's highest achieved balance is added as extra points
the winner is the team with most score

if teams reach the same stage, they are considered at tie, so if there are two teams in 1st place, one team in 2nd, one team in 3rd and one in 4th, then 2 teams are tied for 1st place, the next 3rd place, then 4th (2nd is skipped)

teams have to report their balance
