Objectively not true. Compare her art from the sports event to her original, and then look at other characters.
Most of the characters that appeared did get just basic resprites, like Gourmets (aside from Haruna) and Ako.
Cheer Hanae has just completely redone art. Sure, her pose is kinda similar, but that's the only similarity.
