yes, i can easily get into the "wish fulfilled" state when doing S.A.T.S sessions but in the rest of the day it's rough to deal with all the negative thoughts and anxieties upon interacting with the 3d realm, i just keep telling my self i will eventually get what i desire in the 3d realm and that my fears and anxieties won't prevent me from manifesting what i desire and that they are natural feelings.
