I've made threads on this in the past and don't feel like going in depth. In short, similar parts of the brain activate during states relating to sexuality and dominance dynamics. The glans being exposed and stimulated is highly arousing, but you can't be aroused all the time, so it manifests as amplified dominance and submission dynamics. ie, passive aggressive and emotionally labile, yet more apt to readily submit to authority (for a time).
The other aspect is a basic organizational and energetic template used by the mind, from which sexuality stems. Look at a fireworks show. There's the lead in, everyone goes there together to experience it. Starts slow, bit of variety along the way, ends in a finale, fizzles out into an afterglow. Everyone leaves having bonded over the shared spectacle. It's the sexual template. You see it everywhere, from story progression, to workdays, to arguments, and so on. Circumcision amplifies this tendency. You have the sexual frame, the lead in, the build up, and eventually they just need that release. That penetration and big release is what it's all about. It sexuality applied to everything. Look at Jews, look how they act and organize themselves over time. It's sex. Sex with the whole world, grooming, molestation, violation. sex, rape, penetration, deposition, with all of it. That's the aggressive circumbrain and its circumthink.
