It is real. Many police departments cap the IQ at 120. I wish I knew when I was a kid. Not because I am a cop. But because I didn't become a 118 IQ cop then police chief so I could bust random Freemasons with planted drugs. Sorry but I would need to keep the police officers safe and the township relatively low corruption.
