You already answered that. But to be honest, some of the better mods offers variants all built in one mod. For example, that furina mods comes with different clothing down to full nude and big boobs or "normal" furina's boobs.
But that's up to the modder to put in the effort.

Bro my 10 year old PC handle the game 60FPS in 2K but alas I also upgraded to an AMD 6750XT couple years ago.
Heck, it even handled the demo of Stellar Blade around 50FPS maxed still.
