Aleph doesn't need Baclava because you can at least use him outside of impromptu and is just a general debuffer that raises the damage ceiling.
Everyone in Impromptu is replaceable in pure ST scenarios (aside from Kip due to the provided sustain and buffs) with Voyager only becoming a necessity for multi-target scenarios due to the targeting but I'd say that Barcelona is the most "replaceable" in content that have damage reduction clauses like Reveries.
