The plan:
>about half mine (~50% iron, 20% copper, 20% gold, 5% lead (preferred), or silver, ~5% coal (maybe more coal for steel))
>setup fab room as main room (prioritize function over seal until mining returns) (for now)
>move everything into the room and seal
>restart if RAM is an issue
>start the proper furnace setup as much as possible
>get hydro, /egg/ cooling, and trading up ASAP
>start with atmos/sleepers
