Us has had higher moral standards than most for years. We just can’t say that we still do anymore. Now it has been proven beyond a reasonable doubt that if you have sufficient money *and* power, you can get away with anything.

Little guy breaks a little rule, gets fucked. Big guy breaks a big rule, thinks it’s worth shaking the trust of the world and the American populace over taking responsibility for what happened.
