New marine sculpts genuinely have issues in regards to tone and are coming in during the era where a lot of the artistic and business direction of Games Workshop is questionable

When you're an old fan and you're being told to not only pay a lot to upgrade your army, but to be accepting of the enshittening of your loner rich boy toys else you're a homophobe or hate women, are you surprised it causes customers to be upset?
