Lunar-Blooom doesn't affect any kind of bloom.

You can trigger Lunar-Bloom and cause the fancy italic text, but it will spawn a normal bloom core that behaves the same as any normal bloom core. The ONLY way to deal genuine Lunar-Bloom damage is from Lauma's hold skill, which deals a dendro pulse that deals Lunar-Bloom type damagge.
It's a bit of a massive disappointment
