It is still technically suboptimal, just not by as much.
For example, lets say a node gives 1,000 Bond points. You are using bond up CEs to get, lets say a total of 30% boost.
Assuming none of your allies are max bond, they each get 1,000 + 30%, or 1,300 bond, making that 5 x 1,300 bond, or 6,500 bond gained total.
Now assume one of those allies is Bond 15 and has that passive. That servant, before, would have just made their share of bond points disappear. Now instead they split the BASE bond they gained between everyone else. So the other four servants share their 1,000 bond gain. As a result, you end up with a total of 6,200 bond gain - the potential bonus of 300 bond lost because that isn't applied to the spread 25%.
