Her true demon uniform includes a visible black T-Back so the concept of undergarments is not totally alien to her. That said, her reduced form where she was reduced to wearing her trademark t-shirt has visible proof that she goes full nopan here in the second panel of one of the pages of the first chapter (no pantyshot or pantyline visible in the roll). A child's pair of pantsu is probably not something she thought was worth spending any money on (or could afford to early on anyway).
