Looking at the image, I think they use straight cocoa powder for the darkening gradient effect, which means that especially at the bottom, you get a mouthful of cocoa grit. It would be extremely unpleasant.

A better idea would have just been a riff on the grasshopper. White chocolate syrup and green-colored mint syrup in Japanese cider soda, topped with a cream layer and dusted with cocoa powder on top. A sprig of mint and a pirouline cookie as garnish. Easy peasy and won't taste like ass.
