Making an OVA for that fight would make it weird if another continuation anime ever comes since it actually seems like it'd be a huge chore to animate, especially when the audience starts getting involved in the 2nd half. Depending on when this manga arc finishes it's almost guaranteed there will be a new anime but then if an OVA/movie for Hisoka/Chrollo exists they'd need to remake the fight for the anime because it cant really be skipped
