The adult Servant is 50% Raiko 50% Ushi Gozen after she sealed her divinity and subdivided herself. You see Raiko 9/10 times but theres an adult Ushi Gozen sealed inside her at all times that we only talked to during Raiko's debut event

Incidentally Adult Ushi Gozen is quite different than the Teen one, and if they meet in onigashima they'll probably have an Archer vs Shirou showdown about how out of touch the other is or like that one time Waver trash talked his past self

Ushi Gozen was literally gonna jump (you)r bones -level of consent unclear- in valentines and Raiko stopped that. Its not so much that she transformed back into an oni so much as it was a Archer vs Shirou esque showdown. So your options are fucking both so either wont get jealous, or get Ushi Gozen to calm down so that Raiko wont start another Archer vs Shirou esque showdown
