As somebody who hadn't even kissed a girl until I was 20 and who 3 years later now has had about 7 different partners (I know, not alot but i'm kind of an introvert and dont have a huge desire to always chase girls) the SINGLE most important thing you can do is find somebody to gets you those first few experiences with.

I know it sounds cliche and cringe but knowing how to lean in for a kiss, how to actually take off a bra, what to say in intimate moments etc etc is so ridiculously important for your overall image.
And while it would be nice to learn all that stuff with a pretty and patient girls, pretty girls dont need to be patient, and if you're inexperienced you'll most likely fumble something if you do manage to get a date and wont get a second one. So for the love of god, find somebody to practice with, even if you'll be giving away your firsts to somebody who you might not be perfect in your eyes. Go for fatter girls, ethnic girls (if you're white) or honestly even femboys or trans girls if you find one thats feminine enough for your tastes. The only thing that matters is that you get along with them well enough the relationship doesn't feel like a chore (obviously you should be getting experience in stuff like planning dates etc too, and thats very hard to do if you can't stand your partner) and that you can practice your skills on them.

After that its all about dating up as you get more experience. Obviously you should be doing all of this while trying to improve your looks as much as they will go, the standard stuff.
