There was an official screenshot of Cake and Huntress in the vampire world, so maybe Cake is the only one that can travel between worlds due to being a magical creature.

That makes a lot of sense. Huntress is a "lone wolf" and multiple copies of her would be "wolves who wandered." Maybe some insane time shenanigans happens and some clones spend many years in their worlds while it's been just minutes for Fionna and Finn's worlds. Spending a lifetime living another life just to be absorbed by OG Huntress when their task is done. But maybe that's too classic Adventure Time for this show.
