Sulfuric discoloration is not related to cooking time, and let me reiterate once again it is not possible to overcook an egg. It boils to a point and then nothing further happens. If I'm gaming I'll put some eggs on a go get them 30 minutes later no problem

That's healthy presuming you spend those calories doing labour or exercising, unhealthy if he doesn't. But it's home cooked, varied and served as at reasonable portion size so I'll give it a thumbs up
