Canada and all other competent nations know that the US appeals court will strike down all of the tariffs probably within this month. They started hearing arguments yesterday. It's extraordinarily obvious that the president does not have the power to tariff every country that hurts his feelings or he thinks is a bad trade deal. His power is only for national emergencies that can't wait for Congress. But the prerogative to tariff for such things that he has been doing is solely vested in Congress. Not only will the tariffs be struck down, but all revenue collected will have to be returned
