>And uh, what is it normally like, for a Kamen Rider show to get meta
Decade has a plot point about how the Rider's Worlds are doomed to disappear because people are forgetting about the Riders' battles, indirectly telling the audience that we must keep our memories of them alive. Zi-O's movies go way harder on the meta aspect and have stuff like a villain attempting to erase the entire history of the Heisei Riders which ends up creating something akin to the real world, a world where Kamen Rider is just a multimedia franchise, and there's another movie where we see stuff like an official manga book and an irl promotional poster literally come to life.

Saber's show also gets a bit indirectly meta with some of its themes and plot points (it's a show about stories), as well as some videos that the production requested the audience to send for a scene, and an official Twitter account gimmick where a certain character gets to share his personal thoughts with us. But where it gets most meta is in its anniversary crossover movie with Zenkaiger (both the movie and that Sentai show were produced by the same guy who produced Decade and Zi-O), which gets Zi-O movie levels of meta or arguably higher.

Geats' summer movie also has segments where a certain character directly addresses the audience and asks us to pray to the MC so he can gain a power-up. The show also has an arc about reality TV where they recreate those typical scenes where an actor sits in a dark room to share his thoughts while staring at the camera.
