The dead bodies coming back to live is the truth... or at least we are sure about this happening to blond 100% and a low chance of it happening to Mion also... so the blond could be using this way... but she also wrote about it in her schizo book... and she gave the book to the schizo girl... 100% she knew about it... blond is using Rena... she want chaos to happen... the Police vs the village... her hiding in the shadows and then appearing to kill Rika... but we also know that chapter 3 did have some real bioweapons... so they are real... but the doctor part is still missing... i can create couple of theories but i can't determine when is the magic is working and when it is just a delusion (i know most of them but you can always be wrong) and when it is just science fiction we don't know about... such a trash mystery i hate this piece of shit story
