Yeah, Tight&Firm hasn't been updated for DT as far as I know (which sucks because it's what I used to use. Eve has and it's the best (or only) Gen3 texture. Works with RT and EXQB.
For the muscle normals I think the best/only option is Hyades' buff normal maps for Eve https://www.xivmodarchive.com/modid/131042

So the installation order if you want huge tiddy muscle mommy will just be
