Both chinese code and the physical build of their data centers make their Ai more efficient, they require less data centers than the US.
I honestly think american tech companies are preventing the development of more efficient Ai models there because building Data centers is bringing way too much money ofr them to reduce the need for them.

The datacenters are an aabolute scam unfortunately.
Their objective isn't to advance a.i. it's to track you with surveillance.
And it won't be a boon to society at all, it will just increase your electricity bill.
