Today I've eaten:
>2 bananas for breakfast
>150g of chicken breast marinated with garlic, onions and honey and a cup of white rice for lunch
>1 apple
>4 boiled eggs, diced tomato, a canned tuna and another cup of white rice for dinner
>200g non-fat greek yogurt + banana + 1 tbsp of honey as dessert
>and a protein shake which I drank after hitting the gym
>2000 kcal total
