The 2nd Offline Event will be held in Namco Nakano at June 28. Assuming that this is just like last time (1st Offline Event was 5/11 and Tours Rare were released on 5/22), they'll announce the update around this time and the update will drop soon after, just in time for the 2nd Taiko no Tatsujin collab.
