Lol according to Nyan that ENVTubersOOC account actually was acquired and ran by VShojo staff
They required that account to stop posting Nyan, Vei, and Silver clips after they left VShojo and even forced them to delete old clips of those 3

Now that VShojo is gone though it looks like whoever is running it now is allowed to post clips of those 3 again so that's cool
