Trying to recomp, want my weight down to 145 and rebuild.
Had a 36 hour fast two days ago, and eggs and beanz this morning, about 1,600 calories.
Will have at least a 24 hour fast every week, felt fine at 30.
Main source of food is chicken, eggs, beans, canned fish, and bags of mixed fruit/protein shake.
Goal is 1-1.5 pounds per week in 9-12 months.

I'm gonna be honest, losing the weight honestly isn't that bad, it's the exercising that sucks.
