I dont know if anyone remembers or cares but before Y came out I was hoping they would connect the red storm thing in Dunbine to Godzilla. The plot ended up happening way after this but I was surprised they actually reference it when you fight Rodan with the Gran Guran. Celia says dont worry the kaiju are just like the monsters they fight in the red storm.

And I just think that's really fucking neat.
