Heh, Nanoka's line in the second to last panel was ナイス 百火 (Naisu Hyakka). So, nice in English. Hyakka's final line is much more vague in Japanese and is just いや･･･おかしいだろこれ･･･ (Iya okashīdaro kore) or "No... this is weird...".
