I'm going to buy the Sky I remake -- if there were no other reason, then only because of they said future remakes will depend on sales.
Not sure whether I'll be truly happy about it, but at least it looks promising.
However, I wouldn' hide my satisfaction if such a decent and well-done story sold better than the unoriginal cringe with the nasty racist whites in Oracion. I'm still surprised that they hadn't vinyls of Hitler recordings playing in their houses. Perhaps because it would have rendered such a daft and unoriginal setting somehwat amusing.
The irony is that when I played FC to the end, I was totally pissed at that game; I felt it had been amazing and ended up as unoriginal political feminist cringe, very un-Japanese -- and then suddenly it turned out to be a story about a girl using her true girl power of dedication and kindness to pull lost people back from the brink. That was majestic.
I'm still playing every new title waiting for these positive surprises and decent tales...
