And I should also add here that those cartoons tend to stick to Lee/Ditko/Romita characters or characters from other Marvel properties for some reason and tend only dip into the well of post-Lee/Ditko/Romita that aren't from other Marvel series' wither because they are very recent or if they make more sense for a story than the Lee/Ditko/Romita characters.
Here are the non-Lee/Ditko/Romita characters that aren't generally considered non-Spider-Man centric that appear in at least two Spider-Man cartoons:
>Swarm
>Black Cat
>Venom
>Carnage
>Hobgoblin, though I think it's a different character behind the mask everytime
>Hydro-Man
>Calypso
>Silver Sable
>Alistair Smythe
>Spot
>Debra Whitman
>Glory Grant
>Ashley Kafka
>Anti-Venom (yes, really)
>Miles Morales
That might seem like a lot but remember, 15 characters is a drop in the bucket when you consider that Spider-Man is a nearly 65 year old franchise and a list of Spider-Man characters not yet outside of comics is much longer than 15 characters. And keep in mind that some of these are literally just in two cartoons, many of which only appeared in Spectacular because Weisman refused to allow his staff making OCs when working on that show, so many of the incidental characters just happen to share the names of established comic book characters just to make it clear there aren't any OCs, if it wasn't for that show having that approach then list might be a bit shorter.
I was thinking about characters like Hammerhead but he is a Romita character, just one without Lee, so keep in mind that I am very strict here.
