And keep in mind that some of these are literally just in two cartoons, many of which only appeared in Spectacular because Weisman refused to allow his staff making OCs when working on that show, so many of the incidental characters just happen to share the names of established comic book characters just to make it clear there aren't any OCs, if it wasn't for that show having that approach then list might be a bit shorter.
I was thinking about characters like Hammerhead but he is a Romita character, just one without Lee, so keep in mind that I am very strict here.
