This so much. As someone working through their first full KOTH watch-through, I'm constantly floored by how many episodes those early seasons have. In just three years, they'd delivered well over 70 episodes; that's more than the average cartoon gets in TOTAL.

Then you look at how this Hulu revival is limited to only producing 20 ep at a time before laying everyone off and you start to get sad. The animation team making the show 25 years ago must've had killer job security, whereas the team now has been off the project for well over a year now, sitting and BEGGING for Disney to just hurry up and confirm another renewal. It's infuriating.

Oh brother this show is preachy. The main character goes on a monologue because the school board pulled the school's shop class and he cries. I was waiting for the joke but it just ends up being him trying to hide his emotions because men don't have them you see. This is tailor made for boomers yet millenials love it and think it's totally like anime because saying that makes it sound cooler than it is.
