I don't think it does. He comes off grimmer than the TAS one a lot of the time but in far sillier situations. Maybe it's just the general lack of bruce wayne. But I feel like even Justice League had a bit more humanity. But also the whole "Intentional camp" thing was my other issue. I feel like it comes off sarcastic a lot of the time.
