No Man's Sky'ses number 1 fan here,
here are some problems I have had for FAR TOO LONG that I want Sean to see:

>Main quest is total dogshit and needs a second overhaul. It tricks new players into thinking this is the most boring game ever made where all you do is craft fuel and shoot rocks as you chase lame upgrades across the galaxy. It's the number one reason people insist this game hasn't changed after all this time and why player retention is routinely in the gutter.
>First-person animations are placeholders where you don't even have hands. This is outrageously cheap and lazy to still have as a problem. It's another problem that affects refund percentages.
>Unique Staff weapon with complex acquisition method similar to a lightsaber is just a high-stat rifle with janky default animations and no melee bonus. Ridiculously lazy implementation of what could have been an interesting sci-fi/fantasy hybrid weapon.
>No on-foot pirates
>No humanoid enemies whatsoever despite slaughtering pirates in orbit by the millions
>Nearly all on-foot danger requires a player to actively seek it out. Dynamic on-foot content is severely out-of-focus in general
>Can have multiple AI followers but no hand-picked personal away-team/alien-bro crew like the Squadron system. This is a big one that would put a band-aid on every other gripe for me.
>Zero low-level dungeons of any kind.
>Only 1 form of dungeon with 1 variant, Derelicts in space with genetic anomalies aboard

Lastly,
