I have a lot of diagnosis like anemia and health issues and autism and I dropped out at 15 with lots of life issues and stuff so I get neetbux, can usually cover enough to take care of myself, state benefits cover groceries and I've never seen a medical bill- I can be a stay at home loving partner on government assistance. It's not so bad. Working on myself.
