You'll get better echoes eventually. You get 20% crit rate from the echo set, so you end up with ~80% with is perfect.
Crit dmg is a bit low, but it's good enough for now. Just take it easy and enjoy the combat, if you try to autistically min-max echoes then you'll burn yourself out.
