At this point comparing these episodes to their S1 counterpoints is just doing a disservice yeah this doesn't compare to the Demon Sisters intro but it was still solid and easily the best episode of S2 thus far. The Achilles heel of this season is that the pacing is really really bad now like they're just cramming a single episode with stuff (not jokes just stuff) to meet the runtime even if it doesn't make any sense this episode wasn't nearly as bad as the previous episode but it still didn't have anything resembling a structure. The twink boys were...fine maybe because I expected them to be one big gay joke but them just being obnoxious zoomers was unexpected and a better alternative but they didn't do a good job showing them as antagonists or rivals just minor annoyances also their transformation sequence was lacking as funny as them being Chip & Dale dancers were. Geek Girl is definitely a reference to Trigger Girls (the studio's mascot) and she was a fun addition to the episode. The final sequence transformation sequence was amazing and well worth the hype from the trailers.
