You think hes gonna walk?

Is there any proof that this guy actually shot and killed charlie? Bulllets? Ballistics? Confessions that were not electronic?
All you would have to do to prove it was not his gun would be to shoot a balistic gel dummy and see the head fly clean off the shoulders.
