Finally beat ED Libra as Duchess thanks to a Carian Regal scepter that had + charged sorceries on it. Took down Libra from 50% hp to 5% alone. Plus the moon projectiles killed a bunch of the npcs. It is the GOAT weapon for this encounter. Thanks to either the Guardian or the Ironeye that gave it to me.
