although not executed well, what i see they were trying to do with the mass fusion building is that its mostly based of streamline moderne architecture but not entirely, not only that they added elements of mid century or brutalism with its hour glass silhouette similar to the seattle space needle to look futuristic and the repeating pillars you see are derived from art deco too, what most of the ugly ass architecure they use for the skyscrapers in 4 is called high tech ingame, and i appreciate it, its a mix of the most popular architecture styles found in the 20s-50s which is as fallout as it gets although not executed the best, I think what could have helped is to make it look a bit more busy with more pillars and saturating the colors less with more rust. The fun of me analyzing the buildings is seeing what they tried, the art book has some better designed buildings that unfortunately never made it into the game
