I completely disagree. Fuji made it very clear that Yoru was the final fight and villain of part 2 with how the first chapter of part 2 ended. It also parallels with Makima being the final fight and villain of part 1 when she showed up at the very end of the first chapter of part 1 and yoru is the makima of part 1
This is the final yoru fight. Pochita fought her a few arcs ago and failed so this is clearly the fight where he (or deji/asa) succeeds. Asa discovering herself is also concluding her character. If you do not understand this P, you do not understand how story and plot structure works
