What the fuck is the point of Grievous Wounds? Does fuck all to Mundo. Does fuck all to Soraka's healing. Does fuck all against Vladimir. Does fuck all against anything but the WEAKEST drain-tanks/healers in the game and only exists to make item-based Lifesteal-- which in itself isn't strong enough to bother buying Grievous Wounds against in the first place.
