zoomers defending paid mods is such a strange phenomenon but I've seen it elsewhere too. It's a sign something is rotten. Mods are one of the last bastions of pure creativity and community unattached to profit motif. People make mods purely for the fun of it.
I guess when you're raised on something like Roblox, that essentially tries to turn a pure sandbox akin to Gmod or Minecraft into a market, you lose your humanity in the process.
