Damage type depends on what is written in the description of whichever ability is being used (can be Physical, Magical, True)
Each instance of damage belongs to one attack type and deals one damage type

Uh chief have you not read oak's abilities? Her damage increases depending on how much energy she has, 2.7% base attack damage increase per point of energy
And yes I've just did some mini-testing and it seems it does work exactly like I thought it does, with the 100 energy reforge and all ECB buffing reforges she's kinda busted now and I haven't even tried running CRIT amp sinners with her, she's probably the hardest hitting sinner (per 1 attack) in the game right now
