Yunli's counter is blast. She can do something against spamming trash mobs, and she has more break range. Clara only gets blast from her ult, so if infinite spawning trash mobs hit her she doesn't really do anything. Clara's ult also does nothing unless she gets attacked, so in AS after the break it's completely useless. Yunli's ult alternates between a full ult and a weaker version even without being attacked, so she can take down the boss after the break.
